This registration session will allow you to complete contact information
and sign up for participation.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
PAYMENT OF FEES PROCEDURE HAS CHANGED:
Athletic fees will be assessed approximately three weeks after the sport
begins. For example, if your student would like to participate in a fall sport, you will not be assessed or have to pay that fee until after the roster for a sport is finalized and entered into PowerSchool/eFunds.
1st Sport per individual = $125.00
2nd Sport per individual = $25.00
3rd Sport per individual = $15.00
Maximum out of pocket per family per year = $250
Please note: The following sports are not required to pay the VAHS athletic fee: Dance Team, Equestrian Team, Ski/Snowboard, Step Team, Ultimate Frisbee
Please review the attached information sheet. When complete, click the google form link to sign with you and your athlete.
Photocopy of physicals may be emailed directly to Theresa Saley at saleyt@verona.k12.wi.us
Please include student's name, grade, and sport in the email.
